Quick answers to the most common questions about our grooming salon.
Your pet receives one-on-one attention from their groomer in a dedicated grooming room throughout their session. They receive the full attention of a dedicated specialist, with no waiting.
It depends on the service and your pet's coat. Generally, a full grooming session can take between 1 and 2 hours. Walk-in services are much quicker, around 15 to 30 minutes.
Nail Trim, Ear Cleaning, Anal Gland Expression, and Paw Pad Shave, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All other bath and full styling services are strictly by appointment only.
We use high-end hypoallergenic products, selected based on each pet's skin and coat type. If your pet has sensitive skin conditions, let us know when booking.
Try to have your pet arrive calm and avoid feeding a large meal immediately before the appointment. If they have mats or skin conditions, let us know in advance. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early so your pet can get familiar with the space.
